Here in Eastern North Carolina we are so fortunate to have Austin Veterinary Outreach and Rescue (AVOR) to be heroes for our four-legged friends. AVOR is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable veterinary care, including spay and neuter, for pet owners in Carteret County and surrounding counties. In addition to helping pet owners, AVOR also helps find forever homes for homeless animals in eastern NC.
