Located at 3025 NC-24 in Newport, NC is a great sanctuary where women can reclaim control of their health. Under one roof women can see a provider at Elite Rehab and Performance who offers physical therapy and personal training, a provider at Wellness for Women for women’s wellness exams, weight management and nutrition information, as well as menopause treatment. Also housed under the same roof is a provider at Reel Therapy for those in high-stress environments. Katey’s Kits is housed there as well. Katey’s Kits collects, purchases and distributes feminine hygiene products to young women in Carteret and surrounding counties experiencing period poverty.
