Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS or USPS to the continental USA at a flat rate of $10.  Items ship within 24 business hours.

Multiple orders that are placed on our App will receive FREE shipping on any orders placed within 12 hours.

Please note - shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.  The time frame for delivery does not include Saturdays, Sundayas, or USPS Holidays.  Weeks that include a USPS Holiday may delay your shipment by 1-2 days.  

Order Status: We process multiple orders throughout the day, excluding Holidays.  You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.  While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Tassels cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.  Tassels with ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service.  We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process.
